Founder and principal of Brennan Legal Counsel Group, PLLC. Ms. Brennan has held in-house positions as Associate General Counsel at Harrah’s Operating Company and NationsBank (now Bank of America) as well as private law firm positions. Ms. Brennan provides legal advice in real estate matters, including acquisition and development issues and agreements, §1031 tax-deferred exchanges, disposition agreements, leases, construction contracts, and zoning, permit and other governmental processes. Ms. Brennan also advises on business formation, vendor, entertainment, promotion and marketing agreements, and financial transactions and structures, including opinion letters. Ms. Brennan obtained her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School (May 1987), where she was a member of Notre Dame Law Review. Ms. Brennan is admitted to practice in Washington (July 2005), Nevada (Oct. 1997), Maryland (Jan. 1988) and the District of Columbia (Nov. 1989). An entrepreneur at heart, Ms. Brennan owns and operates several other businesses.

An attorney for over 18 years, licensed in Quebec & Nevada, Ms. Combiescou provides estate and succession planning advice and serves business clients in the areas of real estate, software, and employment contracts. She has also advised on issues such as intellectual property, privacy law compliance, and created terms of services and privacy policies for various internet companies and mobile applications. Ms. Combiescou, previously Caesars Entertainment in-house counsel, is proficient advising the C-Suite about legal and compliance issues. Marie is devoted to her family and she also enjoys hiking and travel. Marie is passionate about animal rescue and is frequently fostering a cat or several, “I want to save every animal in need.”
